May 16th Bowling Night BIG SUCCESS

Hello big ride friends

Well, the bowling fundraiser was a big success. We managed to raise $1,300.00 for the Caleb Zarzecki Scholarship Fund.
Big thanks to Camelot Bowl and my wife!!!!! Thank you to everyone who came out Saturday night or who made a donation for me!!!!!!! I hope to rent out the entire bowling alley next year.
My old bike frame cracked recently so I had to buy a new bike. It is really nice and I am going to put a picture up on this blog soon. All the plans are made abd I look forward to getting started June 21st!!!!!! Remember to keep up with me on the blog!!!!! I will post again soon, cya and thanks for your support. Tommy K

I read about your plans to ride from Seattle to St Louis to raise money for the Caleb Zarzecki scholarship on the St Louis Today site at http://suburbanjournals.stltoday.com/articles/2009/05/29/madison/education/0527cvj-cmsteach.txt and I found your blog. What a great thing to do.

What route through Washington do you plan to take and will you be passing through Spokane? If so, you are welcome to a bed and home-cooked meals at our house. My wife, Kathy, is from the Belleville area and we are both cyclists so it's not like we wouldn't have anything to talk about. Besides, you'll be on quite an adventure.
